Shipping Policy

Our food delivery service begins 48 hours after subscription or at your convenience. Deliveries occur between 5:30 AM and 2:30 PM. Confirm your delivery time with customer service before leaving the center.

For the best experience, follow your dietitian’s advice and shift your first breakfast to the next morning.

We offer optional workplace delivery on weekdays and home delivery on weekends. Special requests incur a 20 KD fee for 28 days, subject to availability.

To reschedule or change your delivery address, please give 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are only available under exceptional circumstances and upon management approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on your bank.

Requests for cancellation must be made within the first 3 days of subscription. Clients may transfer the remaining days to another person if desired.

If you cancel within the first 3 days, 20% cancellation fees and consultation charges apply —
20 KD (phone consultation) or 30 KD (in-branch consultation).

After 3 days, refunds or exchanges are not available, but you may transfer or freeze your plan for up to 4 months.
