The main founder Dina is passionate about nutrition and the food industry and are members of the international nutrition and dietetic societies as well as the organic food and nutrition societies. They are keen to attend the major health and nutrition exhibition, webinars, and international nutrition congresses.
Every great journey starts with a purpose. Ours began in our family kitchen, when we witnessed the health struggles of loved ones and decided to create change. In 2005 Dina Al-Shami founded Kuwait’s first Lebanese diet center — a place where food heals, empowers, and connects.
From humble beginnings to serving over 350,000 clients, Lina’s & Dina’s has evolved into a household name built on care, science, and love. Our philosophy is simple: healthy food should be delicious, convenient, and part of everyday life.
